This refers to various techniques for improving your habits, behavior, sanctions, and reaction.
Everyone wants to live a better life and look for improvement. That’s why it is so important for our lives.

This process starts first with self-awareness, which allows you to see yourself honestly.
Al you all know, it can be painful to achieve, the pursuit of personal growth is a lifelong project.
It requires motivation, the desire to improve, and the willingness to strive to make changes.
There are many books, articles, and news about personal growth-related. They show many techniques for personal growth.
In my case, I want to learn more about self-control skills, so I have been leaning and practice meditation and yoga this year.

Relationships are the basis of Life.
Building good relationship skills is an essential part of any personal development plan.

Stress can impact your mind negatively.

In my case, I have been learning mindfulness meditation techniques and daily practice.
These Meditation and Mind-Body Techniques taught me self-awareness. This Practices Increase my understanding of self and others.
3. Increased Productivity
Many of us often felt guilty of Procrastination.
Procrastination is the enemy of Productivity. That’s why many workplaces emphasize productivity.
For me, I use my planner to set goals and strategies every month and action follow by my plan.
This technique helps me more focused and increase productivity.
4. Greater Resilience
Another personal growth is the key to resilience.
Resilience means being able to bounce back quickly.
Resilience is the ability to recover quickly from life’s challenges and tragedies toward your life satisfaction.
We are still in a pandemic situation, and there are many of us have faced life challenges, such as loss of family members, losing a job etc.
That’s why we need more to focus on personal growth to get out of this situation.

By success, you will have healthy relationships, a high level of productivity, and strong self-control
Success is the ability to achieve those goals that each sets for himself or herself.

Genuine personal growth can only be achieved by having a mindset.
Once you have decided to start and make positive changes in yourself, you need to identify what you want to work on at first. Think about your personal goals.
Personal growth is an ongoing process. To make the most of it, you need to become aware of the process, know what it is, and take the right steps to grow and improve yourself.

Write down your strength and weakness. Also, you can make a list of your good habits and bad habits.

In my case, I joined a “30-days morning routine challenge community” and daily get inspired. It helped me keep on going.
